Tuition and Fees

The following are required to complete the admissions process:

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptismal certificate
  • Social Security card
  • Immunization record
  • Report cards and records from previous schools

Tuition and Fees 2006-2007 (Per Student)

Registration - Returning Students: $250.00
Registration - New Students: $325.00
Books, Technology, Testing and Licensing Fees: $150.00
Tuition - Pre-K-Kindergarten: $3570.00 ($370.00 Monthly July-April)
Tuition - 1st-5th: $3366.00 ($366.00 Monthly July-April)
Tuition - 6th-8th: $3672.00 ($372.00 Monthly July-April)

Parent Commitment Obligation: Fall Festival Raffle, Noche de Fiesta and Walk-A-Thon

Registration fees are per child and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The tuition is payable over a period of ten (10) months, July - April, and is due on the 1st of each month.

The Registration Fee for new students must be paid at the time of registration when the student is accepted into the school.

Tuition Discounts

  • 5% if account is paid in full by October 1st
  • 10% for the oldest child for two registered children
  • 5% for third, fourth, fifth, etc. registered child

Tuition Policy

  1. Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. The first tuition payment is due July 1st.
  2. Payments may be made in cash, money order, check, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card. Post-dated checks will not be accepted.
  3. Tuition payments may be made in advance.
  4. Tuition will be considered past due after the 10th day of each month. On the 10th day, a late charge of $20.00 per family will be assessed on any account balances over $50.00. If the account is not cleared by the 15th of the month, a notice of delinquency will be sent by certified mail to the parents. This notice will specify that payment is to be received by the 20th or the student(s) will not be admitted to class until payment is received in full.
  5. A $40.00 fee will be charged to the account each time the bank returns a check for insufficient fund. After one returned check, personal/business checks will no longer be accepted. This applies to all checks made payable to Saint Anthony Catholic School.
