Dear Parents,

The City of Harlingen will be hosting the Inaugural Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast on March 8th. The St.
Anthony’s choir was invited to participate. The event is scheduled at the Harlingen Community Center, Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Meeting time for all participating students will be 6:45 a.m. and perform at 7:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. at the Community Center. We will need to have a precise head count of those students who will be participating to ensure meals and seating are properly accounted. Tickets will be issued by Mrs. LaBeau to all those eating breakfast at the event; therefore, it is imperative that we have a precise count of all students attending. Please keep in mind that students /or parents , who do not have a meal ticket will not be allowed to have breakfast at the event. Permission slips need to be returned with parent signature no later than Tuesday, February 28th, 2012. For your convenience, I am placing the permission slip on my class web page. Parents will be responsible to transport students to and from the event.

Please note, parents are responsible for transporting their own children. Mrs. LaBeau is not authorized to transport any children.
