Early Childhood Instructional Assistant

St. Anthony’s Eagles’ Nest is seeking a dedicated and flexible Early Childhood Instructional Assistant to support our classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old in a faith-based, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting lead teachers with daily routines, lesson activities, and classroom management
• Supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children
• Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment aligned with Catholic values
• Providing care such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness
• Demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork in a collaborative setting

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with young children in a Catholic education setting
• Ability to work under the supervision of lead teachers and administration
• Experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred, but not required
